SIGNIFICANT FINDINGS OF OLD POLLEN ANGIOSPERMS PLANTS
IN THE EARLY CRETACEOUS AND CENOMANIAN OF PRECARPATINS

At first by palynologic data in the Baremian–Cenomanian deposits of Precarpathians (Stavchany and Nezvisko suites) the pollen angiosperms plants have been determined. It is the significant findings of precursor new flora in history of the vegetable kingdom of Earth. The review of first appearance of old angiosperms plants, settle plants, paleofloric and paleoclimatic change of Cretaceous period. These data are said about necessity of revise of boundary Jurassic–Cretaceous deposits of Precarpathians of the expense of global paleoclimatic change.

LOWER VIZEAN PALYNOLOGICAL ZONATION OF VOLYN–PODILLYA MARGIN
OF THE EAST-EUROPIAN PLATFORM

Spores’ spreading peculiarities are distinquished during the facial-palynological studying of the Lower Carboniferous of Lviv-Volyn coal basin and Kovel tectonic elevation. The palynozones’ standart characteristic, which consist in local biostratigraphic scale, their correlation with regional and local stratons and biounits of neighboring regions are given.

HETTANGIAN-SINEMURIAN AMMONITES OF THE PIENNINE ZONE OF THE UKRAINIAN CARPATHIANS

KONKIAN–SARMATIAN ERVILIA (BIVALVIA) OF BORISPHEN GULF AND THEIR STRATIGRAPHIC MEANING

New information about stratigraphic distribution of Ervilia from konkian–sarmatian deposits of the Southern Ukraine is presented. The palaeontological description of three taxons (Ervilia pusilla trigonula (Sok.), Ervilia dissita dissita (Eichw.), Ervilia dissita andrusovi (Koles) is made.

PROETIDY (TRILOBITA) SILURIAN PODOLIE

ABOUT VISEAN–SERPUCHOVIAN BOUNDARY IN LVIV-LUBLIN BASIN

By microfaunal and palynological data the boundary between Visean and Serpuchovian in Lviv-Lublin basin is proposed to define not in the top of the limestone’s bed V3, but in 60–120 m higher – in the top of the limestone’s bed V5 of Porick suite.

ABOUT UNUSUAL MICROFAUNA OF THE UPPER SARMATIAN OF THE SOUTHERN UKRAINE

At the first it is described unusual fauna (Maeotian-like foraminifera, ostracods) from the Upper Sarmatian deposits of the Southern Ukraine: Discorbis сherssonicus T.A. Ivanova sp. nov., Cassidulinita bogdanowiczi (Konenkova), Xestoleberis maeotica Suz., Leptocythere maeotica (Liv.), Leptocythere umbakensis Vor.

FISH OTOLITHS FROM THE MANDRIKOVKA BEDS (PRIABONIAN), DNIPROPETROVSK

A check list of bony fish from the Mandrikovka Beds of Rybalsky quarry at Dnipropet-rovsk is given. Eight species of otoliths, which have been identified here for the first time, are monographically described and illustrated.

ABOUT MICROPROBLEMATICS’ REMNANS FROM THE MIOCENE

At the first data about distribution of microproblematics in the Miocenian deposits of the Southern Ukraine are introduced. It is described four taxons: Akmanella gen. nov., Ak-manella olgae sp. nov., Akmanella fundilliformis sp. nov., Sliteria? bargi sp. nov.

SOME MIDDLE JURASSIC AMMONITES’ OF PEREDDOBRUDZHY DEPRESION

Descriptions and images of five ammonites’ species are given from Chervonoarmiyska-1, Furmanovskaya-3, Coal-8, Prokhorovskaya-1 wells, which open Jurassic in Pereddobrudzhy depression. They are: Pseudophylloceras kudernatschi (Hauer), Partschiceras abichi Unlig, Garantiana cf. garantiana Orbigny, Procerites altiplicatus Waagen, Grossouvria subtilis Neumayr. The geological age, detalization of stratigraphy and correlation of the rocks contain are distinqueshed by new ammonites’ data.

According appearance materials research upper Silurian Volyno-Podolia habitats revealed the existence of gastropods that spread throughout the Silurian, their content depends on facies. The range of taxa significantly affect the determination of their stratigraphic value and substantially complement the paleontological characteristic Silurian deposits of Volyno-Podolia.

By results of revision investigation of geological monuments of nature and according to author’s scientific works and other investigator’s works the main stratotypic and reference sections in Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizzha region are considered. There are paleontological and stratigraphic objects of the geological heritage with official of the nature geoconservation status of objects and perspective. The information relative to present state of objects and rec-ommendation for conducting subsequent monitoring is represented.
